Jamie McGrath spoke to the media on Friday to preview the Dons cinch Premiership game at Tynecastle on Saturday against Hearts.

“Every game is big in the league. We know the importance of Saturday. It is a massive game. It is a really good place to play football, it is a decent pitch, a good stadium. It would be very pleasing to go there and take the three points, but we know it will not be easy.

“It was very disappointing not to come away with the 1-0 win on Tuesday. Granted, we did not play well but at times you just need to grind out results. That will be forgotten about if we can get the result tomorrow.

“Every game is different in the league. Every game was different in Europe. Every team poses different threats. And as with every team we play, we need to look at where we can maybe hurt them and have some joy. We have done our analysis on them and have already played them a couple of times, so we know what Hearts are about. They will know what we are about. We have beaten them once, they have beaten us once. So it will be an interesting game.

“It will be a very tough game. They have quality through the team, we have to be aware of that. But so do we. If we bring our ‘A ‘game then we have a good chance of getting three points.

“We know we have not got the wins there in the past, so it would be great to break that record tomorrow.”
