Before we return to domestic football in Paisley this weekend, we take a look at how our international Dons fared during their time with their National sides over the last fortnight.

Topi Keskinen – Finland

Topi played seven minutes off the bench for Finland in their home qualifier against Lithuania, his side winning 2-1 in Helsinki.

He then started the second game away to the Netherlands, playing 66 minutes. Finland sit third in Group G at the end of the break, and are three points off a play-off spot. They host Malta and Andorra in November.

Dimitar Mitov – Bulgaria

New manager Aleksandar Dimitrov selected Dimi for their home qualifier against Turkey, with the Lions falling to a 6-1 defeat.

A tricky trip to European Champions Spain followed, this time resulting in a 4-0 defeat, with Mitov an unused substitute. Bulgaria are bottom of Group E with 0 points.

Marko Lazetic – Serbia U21s

Summer signing Marko featured for the final 13 minutes in Serbia U21s friendly win over Romania.

Lazetic how has five U21 caps to his name after making 13 appearances for the U19s, netting on seven occasions.

Kjartan Kjartansson – Iceland U21s

It was a productive break for Iceland U21s, with a draw against Switzerland and a win against Luxembourg enough to keep hopes of reaching the U21 European Championships alive.

The midfielder featured in the last 20 minutes of the goalless draw against Switzerland, and was an unused substitute for his countries 2-1 win over Luxembourg. They will face off against Luxembourg again during the November break.

Rodrigo Vitols – Latvia U19s

‘Keeper Rodrigo spent two days with the Latvia U19s for a training camp.

Noah McDonnell – Northern Ireland U19s

On loan Elgin City defender Noah McDonnell headed to Spain for two friendly matches with the Northern Ireland U19s against USA and Switzerland.

They lost 4-0 to the United States, before drawing 2-2 with Switzerland in Marbella.
