Football Fans in Training: Sign up now!

Aberdeen FC Community Trust are now recruiting for the latest Football Fans In Training programme. The 13 week programme will start on Monday 29th September at Pittodrie Stadium, and then run for the remaining 12 weeks at the stadium on a Tuesday evening. Football Fans In Training is a fun-filled 12 week programme aimed at improving men's health and wellbeing, while providing them with a behind-the-scenes look at the Club.

Aberdeen FC Community Trust are now recruiting for the latest Football Fans In Training programme. The 13 week programme will start on Monday 29th September at Pittodrie Stadium, and then run for the remaining 12 weeks at the stadium on a Tuesday evening.

Football Fans In Training is a fun-filled 12 week programme aimed at improving men's health and wellbeing, while providing them with a behind-the-scenes look at the Club. The FREE weekly sessions at Pittodrie are split between classroom health education and physical activity training; all sessions are delivered by AFC Community Coaches using the club's facilities.

AFC Manager Derek McInnes said: “One of our priorities at Aberdeen FC is the health and wellbeing of our faithful supporters. We welcome the opportunity to enhance the lifestyles of the Dons fans through Aberdeen FFIT 2014.”

This is a great opportunity to get involved with your Football Club and help you live a healthier and more active life. The programme is open to men aged between 35-65 who fit any of the following criteria:

– BMI of 28+ – Belly 40 inches + – Trouser waist size of 38 inches +
