?Over the past 12 weeks AFCCT have ran a pilot SPFL Trust Football Fans In Training Programme for females in partnership with the University of Glasgow.

The Programme was a massive success with 24 women completing the Programme. The women celebrated the end of the Initiative by attending AFC’s Europa League fixture v Groningen and got a group picture on the pitch at half time.

Community Co-ordinator Claire Garrett said, “My colleague Emma Fisher and myself thoroughly enjoyed delivering this Programme with some of AFC’s female fan base. Their enthusiasm and effort throughout the Programme has been excellent, they have been very receptive to the information we have been sharing during classroom sessions, and they have given their all during the physical activity classes. Congratulations to all the ladies who successfully graduated from the Programme!”
