Aberdeen Football Club is pleased to announce the renewal of its partnership with local family business EIS Waste Services, with the North-east waste management and recycling specialist continuing as the club’s Official Recycling Partner for the forthcoming season.
The extension builds on a long-standing relationship between the two organisations and will see the EIS logo remain proudly displayed on the back of the first team playing shirts throughout the season.
As a family business deeply rooted in the local community, EIS shares the Club’s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Through the partnership, the company will continue to support Aberdeen FC’s efforts to enhance recycling and waste management practices across both Pittodrie Stadium and Cormack Park, helping drive forward a more sustainable future for the Club.
“We’re incredibly proud to renew our partnership with Aberdeen FC”, said Neil Sharp, Managing Director at EIS Waste Services.
“The Club plays such an important role within our community, and its values closely align with our own. Both organisations are passionate about making a positive impact locally while continuing to drive improvements in sustainability, so this partnership remains a natural fit.
“Having the EIS brand featured on the first-team shirts once again is a source of great pride for everyone at the company and demonstrates our continued commitment to supporting the Club both on and off the pitch.
“We are looking forward to another exciting season and continuing to work alongside the team at Aberdeen FC.”
Gary Herbert, Business Development Manager at Aberdeen FC, said:
“EIS has been a fantastic supporter of Aberdeen FC for many years, and we are delighted to continue our relationship for the season ahead.
“They are a company that genuinely embraces the value of partnership and consistently look for ways to engage with our supporters while supporting the Club’s wider objectives. Their expertise has been instrumental in helping us improve our environmental performance and sustainability initiatives across our facilities.
“Beyond that, they are an active and enthusiastic partner, always keen to get involved in supporter-facing activities.
“We look forward to building on what has already been a highly successful partnership and working closely with Neil, Julie, and the team over the coming year.”
