A vacancy has arisen for an Assistant Customer Services Manager to work within our busy Ticket Office.
Candidates should have a proven track record in excellent Customer Services and be innovative in approach to the provision of customer service excellence and overall satisfaction. Experience in line management of staff and a strong team work ethos are essential to this role. Demonstrable working knowledge of leading in marketing initiatives and ticketing campaigns involving online sales along with a minimum of 12 months ticket office experience in a similar environment.
