“It was not a pretty performance.

“We were off it a bit tonight but it is still the same three points as we won against Dundee and it is another massive win on the board. At the is stage of the season it is all about winning games.

“It is another clean sheet. Whoever has come into the defence this season has done a job. All the defenders know that we have got goals in the team, so if we keep clean sheets we will win games.

“Inverness deserve credit. They were well organised and made it tough for us. They are down there and fighting for their lives. They are fighting for every single point they can possibly get. And at the end of the day we found a way to win like we have done in the last few games.

“For the goal, I believe it was originally given to me so I will take it! The ball has come in and ricocheted off their player and landed in the back of the net fortunately for us. It was an own goal.

“We are looking forward to Sunday. We have turned this place into a fortress. You want to win your home games and we have done that. We know Sunday will be a difficult game so we have to make sure we at right at it if we want to win the three points.

“Everyone is enjoying their football at the minute. You can see that right throughout the team. The confidence is sky high at the moment. It is a fantastic place to be. We just have to keep our concentration and make sure we don’t get complacent with it. The focus has to be the same for every game.

“Everyone is still feeling very fresh. The management team are very good at making sure we get the right amount of time off.  We work hard in training when required and step off the pace when we are told to. The players also deserve credit for keeping themselves fit.”
