First Bus has recently moved to a new platform, and as a result, the way free bus travel is distributed has changed. To continue receiving free matchday travel, supporters will now need to confirm their consent via their Dons Account before any tickets can be issued. When logged into your Dons Account, visit your 'Profile' page and you will see the following preference:

You must select “Yes” to receive the offer and enable ticket delivery. Once opted in, you will receive an email from First Bus confirming that your account has been successfully linked to Aberdeen Football Club. This email will explain how your mobile matchday tickets will be issued. Keep an eye on your inbox for this message. Please note, this process must be completed at least 72 hours prior to matchday to ensure you do not miss out on the offer. If you already use the First Bus App, ensure it is up to date and sign in using the same email address linked to your Dons Account. If you don’t yet have the app, download it and create an account using the same email address you use to purchase match tickets. Your free mobile ticket will be issued directly to your First Bus app. Your ticket will appear in the app and can be activated for travel on valid First Bus routes on matchday. If you have any questions or experience any issues, please contact us at [email protected] and our team will be happy to help.
