Dons dominate PFA Scotland Team of the Year

The Dons have dominated this season’s PFA Scotland Premiership Team of the Year with four players making the final side.

The Dons have dominated this season's PFA Scotland Premiership Team of the Year with four players making the final side.

PFA Scotland Player of the Year nominee Jonny Hayes has been joined in the side by Kenny McLean, Graeme Shinnie and Shay Logan.

With four Dons players making the final team no other side in the Premiership has more players involved than Aberdeen.

PFA Scotland this afternoon also announced the Teams of the Year for the Championship, League 1 and League 2 as voted for by the players. Aberdeen goalkeeper Danny Rogers, who is on loan at Falkirk, was named in the Championship side.

All players named in their league’s Team of the Year will receive a medal at this Sunday’s PFA Scotland Player of the Year Awards Dinner 2016, held in in the Hilton Hotel, Glasgow.
