Tony Docherty spoke to the press today ahead of the Livingston game, underlining that elsewhere at Pittodrie, Derek McInnes was busy with the business of transfer deadline day.

“Derek and the board are working hard trying to bring someone in. You never count anything as done until it’s over the line, but we’re doing all we can to add to the squad we have at present before the deadline later tonight.”
