One player who caught the eye of manager Jim Goodwin this week at the Dons pre-season training camp was Youth Academy graduate Jack Milne.

The 19-year-old, who also attended the SFA Performance School at Hazlehead Academy, joined the Club as a full time professional in the summer of 2020.

The local Aberdeen lad played one year at 18s, before being loaned out to Highland League side Brechin City for first half of the 2021/22 campaign. He also impressed whilst playing for the Aberdeen B team in the SPFL Trust Trophy games.

Originally a central midfielder, then a holding midfielder, Jack has now successful been converted into a centre half and it looks like he has a big future ahead of him in that position. To find out more about young Jack please click on the red button.
