“We have a good squad and everybody wants to improve. We are working hard in training and you can see things happening on the pitch. I am happy with that!

“Everybody is heading in the right direction so their head is in the same way. Everybody is hungry for the season and wants to get Aberdeen back to where we belong. That is winning games and playing good football. We have a group who are all friends as well. It feels more like a family.

“The fans are backing us up and supporting us well. That is what we need.

“We want to play good attractive football and give everybody a show.

“I don’t mid if  I play in the number 10 position or out wide. I just want the ball and my teammates know where I want the ball. I said we are becoming more like a family so you know what somebody likes.

“On the ball I know what I can do for the team and to help the team. I can’t do it on my own but it is nice that my teammates can see that I can help them to win a game and we do it together.”
