Getting to the Balmoral Stadium

HOME MATCHDAYS WITH AFC WOMEN

Balmoral Stadium is where Aberdeen Women play their home matches. It is in Altens, south of Aberdeen’s city centre. It is the home ground of William Hill League One side, Cove Rangers.

We moved to ‘The Balmoral’ ahead of the 2021-22 season and has been our home ground ever since.

The ground itself opened in July 2018 and has a capacity of 2,322, with 372 seats.

By Car

From the South

Leave the A92 and take the A956 towards Altens. At the roundabout with Burger King and Shell Garage on the left, take the first exit toward the retail park. Follow the road as it bends right into the industrial estate, passing the Royal Mail office on your left. The stadium is at the end of this road.

From the North

Follow the A92 around Aberdeen toward Dundee. After crossing the River Dee, take the first exit at the next roundabout onto the B9077, signposted Altens Industrial Estate. Continue straight over the next two roundabouts. At the third roundabout, take the third exit onto the A956 toward Perth. You’ll pass the Wellington Pub & Grill on the right and a Shell Garage on the left. At the following roundabout with Burger King and Shell Garage on the right, take the fourth exit toward the retail park. Follow the road as it bends right into the industrial estate, passing the Royal Mail office on the left. The stadium is at the end of this road.
