"We’ve settled in now. It was a crazy few weeks initially. The first couple of weeks were difficult, it felt like two months, not two weeks. We tried to squeeze so much into a short period. But now we feel like we’re settled, and a couple of results have made everything that wee bit easier.
"I think what we noticed when we first came in was the sheer size of it, the size of the club, the fan base, everything about Aberdeen Football Club. From the outside, we always knew it was big, but when you come in, you really see it. Behind the scenes, the number of people working hard to make it successful, it’s massive. It’s something you feel proud to be part of.
"First and foremost, it’s about creating a culture. When we came in, it was flat. It felt like there was no togetherness. We wanted to make it somewhere players enjoy coming into, where you hear energy, voices, and people wanting to be part of it. I think we’ve done that. It already feels like a totally different place than it was.
"Then it’s about giving the players some freedom, but also structure and guidance, on and off the pitch. Now it feels like we’re moving in the right direction.
"Friday will be another battle. They’re fighting for their lives, so they’ve got nothing to lose. They’re a big side, dangerous on the counter. We know it’ll be tough, and we need the right game plan.
"I am loving it. The players, staff, and supporters have been excellent. We’ve had some good results, but now we need to keep building and show more of what we want to be as a team going forward."
