Supporter Safety Notice

Whilst the recent suspended sanction relates to the use of pyrotechnics at our home ground, we want to be unequivocally clear that this does not imply that pyrotechnics are permissible at away games.

The use of pyrotechnics is illegal and strictly prohibited at all football matches, regardless of location. Anyone caught in possession of or using a pyrotechnic device at any stadium, home or away, faces criminal action, a stadium ban, and a potential football banning order.

We appreciate your fantastic support, but we urge you to continue showing it in a safe and responsible manner that does not put the club at risk.

Supporters are reminded not to throw objects of any description.

Please do not encroach onto the trackside or pitch unless instructed to do so by Stewards or Police.

How can I buy a ticket for the match?

Tickets are available to book online.

No away end tickets sold on matchday, tickets must be purchased in advance and must be collected from Pittodrie Ticket Office.

Aberdeen FC fans must keep hold of their tickets inside the ground, as ticket checks are carried out when re-entering your designated stand after going to the kiosks and toilets.

I can’t attend, how can I follow the action?

Audio commentary will be available for RedTV subscribers in GB & Ireland and Dons supporters overseas will be able to watch live coverage via RedTV International.

Supporters who can’t make the match can also get periodic updates through the Aberdeen FC X account.

What time do the turnstiles open & where will we be sitting?

Turnstiles will open at 1:30pm and away fans must enter from the Wee Dublin End for both the Grandstand & Wee Dublin End.

The Grandstand is unallocated seating.

Please arrive as early as possible to ensure safe and timely entry into the stadium.

Is food & drink available?

Yes, there will be a burger van within the ground and only accepts cash.

Are there parking facilities available?

The Matchday Car Park entrance is directly on your left as you turn the corner onto Sinclair Street. Parking charge on matchday is £5.00 cash. Blue badge holders will gain entry free of charge.

Bus parking is in Ratho Street.

Can drum, flags and banners be taken?

Both drums and flags can be taken into the ground, subject to searches and approval at the turnstiles. No surfing flags but extendable poles are permitted as long as they can be inspected and searched.

Are there any known travel restrictions or likely disruption?

We are unaware of any significant disruption but Aberdeen supporters attending the match should make regular checks with Traffic Scotland if they are travelling by road. Supporters should also listen to traffic updates on the radio.

Please arrive as early as possible to ensure swift entry to the ground.

There may be a hold back at the end of the game and this will be communicated to all supporters at the time.

Unacceptable Behaviour

As at all fixtures, unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated.

All Dons supporters should be aware that entry to the ground is subject to the following ground regulations which prohibit, among other things, pyrotechnics, pitch incursions and the throwing of objects onto the pitch.

Any stadium damage caused by supporters will be charged to the club.
