Saturday 24th May 2025 will be remembered as the day we ended a 35-year wait to bring the Scottish Cup back to Aberdeen. 

The very next day, around 100,000 of you packed the streets of our city to celebrate, creating incredible scenes and memories that will last a lifetime. 

In the weeks since, something special has been building. As we get set to fly the flag for the North-East on the European stage once again, an unprecedented number of supporters have already signed up for the season ahead. 

Now we want to share the Scottish Cup success with as many people as possible, and inspire future generations, by taking the trophy on tour! 

The #WorthTheWEi8ht Trophy Tour will take the Scottish Cup across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, and beyond, bringing the magic of our historic win to communities far and wide. 

Whether you’re a school, a grassroots team, a local business, or a supporters’ club, we want to hear from you. This is your chance to host the Scottish Cup and be part of the celebration. 

The tour will run from August to December 2025. Once all requests are in, we’ll create a route that helps us reach as many fans and communities as possible.

While we can’t guarantee every request will be fulfilled, we’ll do our best to include as many stops as we can.
