Supporter Safety Notice
The possession and use of fireworks, smoke bombs, firecrackers, and all pyrotechnics are illegal and strictly prohibited. These items pose a serious risk to spectator safety and the club has received an official warning from the Scottish footballing authorities about their future use at Aberdeen games.
Anyone caught in possession of or using a pyro device will face criminal action, may receive a Football Banning Order, will be banned from Pittodrie and from purchasing tickets for away fixtures.
There will be Pyro Detection Dogs and Handlers on duty at the entry points.
Supporters are reminded not to throw objects of any description.
Please DO NOT encroach onto the trackside or pitch unless instructed to do so by Stewards or Police. This is especially important after the game as any incursion will delay or even halt the full trophy presentation ceremony and subsequent lap of honour by the winning team.
Ticket Information
Tickets can be purchased from Aberdeen FC until 12pm on Friday.
There are no ticket sales on matchday.
How to access your tickets
Download the Hampden Park App: To access your tickets, please download the Hampden Park App from your app store.
Ticket Delivery: All tickets will be sent directly to the lead buyer’s account. Tickets purchased prior to 5pm on Wednesday 21st should be in your app. Tickets purchased after this time will appear in the app on Friday afternoon.
Notification: Once your tickets are available in the app, you will receive an automatic email notification from the SFA system.
Forwarding Tickets: If you wish to forward tickets to other members of your group, they must also have an account on the Hampden Park App. When you forward a ticket, the recipient will receive a notification to accept the ticket within their app.
Ticket Forwarding Limit: Each ticket can only be forwarded a maximum of two times.
Alternative for Non-Smartphone Users: If members of your group do not have smartphones, you can keep multiple tickets on your phone for scanning at the venue.

Matchday Assistance: There will be a Ticket Resolution Cabin situated outside the West Stand opening at 1:30pm.
I can’t attend, how can I follow the action?
There is live video coverage for RedTV International subscribers with an audio feed of the programme for subscribers in GB & Ireland.
The game is also live on BBC One Scotland and Premier Sports.
There will be periodic updates through the Aberdeen FC X account.
What time do the turnstiles open & where will we be sitting?
Turnstiles will open at 1:30pm.
Aberdeen supporters will be seated in the South, West and North stands.
The Public Order Barriers will be positioned externally between the two supports. As a result, Aberdeen supporters must arrive from the streets to the west of the stadium.
Please arrive as early as possible to ensure safe and timely entry into the stadium.
Can I take flags and banners?
Yes, flags and banners are permitted, subject to search at turnstiles. 1m maximum for canes.
Will there be a display?
Yes, to welcome the Dons onto the pitch ahead of kick=off there will be a Tifo display in the West Stand.
Supporters in this area are asked to use the sheets designated to that seat for the Tifo design to work.
Please raise the item at each seat just before the teams emerge and hold aloft until kick-off.
Is food & drink available?
Kiosks will be available. Hampden Park is a cashless stadium.
Travel Information
Aberdeen buses to park at the west side of the stadium.
M8/M74 to M77 – exit M77 at Jct 1 (Dumbreck) – onto Dumbreck Road to Titwood Road (Low Bridge on Titwood Road 4.2m or 13’9” – Diversion required depending on height of bus via Haggs Road/Shawmoss Road), Minard Road onto Langside Avenue B768. Thereafter follow direction from Police motorcyclists to allocated supporters’ bus parking areas in the west of stadium area. Bus parking areas – Battlefield Road, Langside Road, Grange Road, Queens Drive.
Supporters’ buses with parking passes will park in the Blue car park which is off Letherby Drive. Display pass in bus window where it can be seen by police directing traffic.
There is no car parking for supporters at the stadium, this includes Disabled Blue Badge holders. Parking is available within the Red and Blue car parks to disabled supporters issued with the relevant parking pass.
Supporters travelling by train should note it is a segregated train service and Aberdeen supporters need to use Mount Florida Station.
Are there any known travel restrictions or likely disruption?
We are unaware of any significant disruption but Aberdeen supporters attending the match should make regular checks with Traffic Scotland if they are travelling by road. Supporters should also listen to traffic updates on the radio.
Please arrive as early as possible to ensure swift entry to the ground.
Unacceptable Behaviour
As at all fixtures, unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated.
All Dons supporters should be aware that entry to the ground is subject to the following ground regulations which prohibit, among other things, pyrotechnics, pitch incursions and the throwing of objects onto the pitch.
Any stadium damage caused by supporters will be charged to the club.
