We can now share important information regarding the ticket sales process for our final match of the league season against Dundee United at Tannadice on Saturday 17th May.

As soon as Dundee United were confirmed in the Top 6, we contacted them to find out details for ticketing and to make a request for the Carling Stand (Shed) as part of our allocation.

The primary motivation for requesting this part of the stadium was that we believed this would follow the process offered to the majority of other clubs.

Unfortunately, this request was declined by Dundee United and we accept their decision, as it is entirely the prerogative of home clubs to set the allocation for each individual match.

Consequently, Aberdeen supporters will be in the Jerry Kerr Stand again, however there will be a number of segregation areas in play which will see the allocation reduced by approximately 1000 tickets.

Dundee United and Police Scotland have requested that Ultras Aberdeen purchase tickets at the rear of the Fair Play Lower Stand.

In addition to this, although we requested the ability to sell to Dons fans direct, as per previous matches, ticket sales will be conducted digitally through the Dundee United website.

Unfortunately, as sales are managed by Dundee United, we cannot fairly ensure points are awarded correctly, there will be no priority points issued for this game.

To try and maintain an element of priority, the link to the Dundee United website will be available to AFC supporters via our own Ticketing portal over four phases based on priority points totals. You will find the link in the usual place, which will direct you to their site. The game will only show with the link when you are logged in and qualify for the sales phase.

This will undoubtedly impact the experience of our supporters unnecessarily when a tried and tested format for these matches is in place, but the Club will remain in close communication with the SPFL and our fellow clubs to find a better way of managing the on-sale process for away matches in future helping to ensure that supporter experience is prioritised.

BUYING TICKETS

PHASE 1: Tickets for this match will be available to supporters with 300+ Priority Points online from 5pm on Monday 12th May. 

PHASE 2: Supporters with 150+ Priority Points will have access to purchase tickets from 11am on Tuesday 13th May.

PHASE 3: Supporters with 40+ Priority Points will have access to purchase tickets from 2pm on Tuesday 13th May.

PHASE 4: Any remaining tickets will go on general sale from 5pm on Tuesday 13th May.
