Author AFC Media Team

With our upcoming match with Motherwell on Saturday 29th March now SOLD OUT our Ticket Exchange platform is now live for Dons supporters.

Tickets made available for resale are available via afc.co.uk/eTickets, by calling 01224 63 1903 or by visiting the Pittodrie Ticket Office open Monday to Friday 9:30am-5pm

The Ticket Exchange will allow Season Ticket Members to release their seats for this match if they are no longer able to attend, allowing other Dons supporters to purchase them, maximising the number of fans in the stadium.

Provided through our SeatGeek online ticketing platform, Season Ticket Members who release their seats will be entitled to 30% back as Dons Cash providing their seat is sold.

To list your seat on the Ticket Exchange, make sure you are signed in to the correct DonsAccount on the Ticketing site first. Go to your account details & select ‘Resale Tickets’ from within the ‘Tickets’ menu.

Ticket Exchange | Listing & Buying Tickets

Listing Your Season Ticket

Any Season Ticket Member can list their seat on the Ticket Exchange. Tickets on the Ticket Exchange will be available to other supporters to purchase (at Adult full pricing only) for matches which are sold out.

If you list a season ticket and it sells, you will get 30% of your pro-rata price back as Dons Cash. (30% of 1/19th of what you paid for your season ticket). The amounts are paid back to the Season Ticket Member as Dons Cash.

How do I list my ticket?

Before proceeding, you will need to sign in to your online ticketing account, and then you go to the Ticket Exchange. To do this go to your account details & select ‘tickets’ from the sub headers & chose ‘Resale tickets’.

You will then see any games where you can list your ticket on the Ticket Exchange. Please note you may only list your own seat, so each supporter must log in to their own accounts to list their tickets.

Tick the ticket(s) that you would like to list on the Ticket Exchange, and click ‘OK’.

You will then be asked to select ‘Dons Cash’ as your reimbursement method.

Click OK to confirm the listing once you have read and agreed to the terms.

Alternatively you can email ticketoffice@afc.co.uk with your details.

Tickets on the Ticket Exchange will be available for sale once the match has sold out. Any refund due will be processed within 15 working days after the game has taken place.

If you change your mind, you can de-list the ticket so long as the ticket has not already sold.

Supporters are advised that they will NOT be notified of their seat resale status, but this can be checked online up until kick-off (account details > Tickets)

Tickets listed on the ticket exchange will be sold at adult ticket price. Disabled supporters seated with a personal assistant should note both tickets must be listed together for sale.

Refund Example:

If you paid £443 for your season ticket, when you list your seat on the Ticket Exchange and it sells, you get 30% of 1/19th of your season ticket . In this example £443 / 19 = £23.32, therefore you would get £6.99 in return.

 Buying tickets on the exchange

Once the game sells out any tickets listed on the exchange will be placed on sale. These can be bought in the normal way, simply select the match on the listings page. Note that restrictions may be in place for tickets sold for home games. Any tickets listed on the exchange will be sold at the full ‘Adult’ price.
