Aberdeen Football Club is a high-profile institution in the North East of Scotland with an impressive heritage of domestic and international achievements since the Club was established in 1903.

AFC is an ambitious organisation looking towards further success and long-term sustainability in support of our football team by adding value across every area of our day-to-day business for the overall benefit of our staff, supporters and clients.

We are currently looking for an experienced individual to lead the development of our Girls Programme and are inviting applications from enthusiastic and committed individuals who want to work within the top level of Women’s and Girl’s Football in Scotland.

Aberdeen Football Club aims to provide talented female players in the North East with a pathway in elite level football education and development which will allow them to reach their full potential in the game.

We have a vacancy for a volunteer scout to work within our newly established Girls Academy Programme. The role will involve liaising with the Girls Programme Manager to assist in recruiting players form the North East to participate in the Scottish FA NextGen Programme.

Applicants will be expected to complete the Scottish FA talent ID courses if not already completed them and ideally have worked with local Girls Clubs in the North East.
