Vacancy | Memberships Team Member (Ad-Hoc)

We have vacancies for Ad-Hoc Memberships Team Members to work in our brand new AberDNA Hub. The role will involve ensuring a high level of Supporter Service is delivered to all Members who interact with the AberDNA Hub – in person or over the phone – as well as assisting with the running of Member Events. Memberships Team Members will be helping meet the department targets in AberDNA and AberDNA Junior Memberships, as well as assisting with all areas across the club including season and match ticket sales, Member events and any new initiatives as well as ensuring all enquiries, complaints or grievances are answered and resolved.

This is an ad-hoc position which will include working evenings and weekends.
- Salary: £ National Minimum Wage
