BaxterStorey have a vacancy for a part time Operations Assistant at AFC’s state of the art training facility situated at Cormack Park in Westhill.

This role reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for all client arrivals, deliveries and preparing meeting rooms. The position requires a level of operational support to assist with facility maintenance, opening and closing pitches, setting up goals and transporting staff and players in the company minivan between Cormack Park and Pittodrie.

You will be a focal point for BaxterStorey on this site and will be engaging with the AFC players and management, clients and members of the public daily. The utmost professionalism will be always required.

The successful candidate will have a full UK driving licence and be over the age of 18 for insurance purposes. IT literacy is important for the role; however specific training for internal systems will be provided.

Applicants should have good timekeeping, ability to multitask and work alone and a willingness to undertake varied duties.
