Queen of the South Supporter Information
This Saturday the Dons travel south to Dumfries for a 5.15pm kick-off at Palmerston Park.
Supporter Safety Notice
All supporters are politely reminded that the use of pyrotechnic smoke devices inside and outside the stadium is prohibited and the use of these objects is endangering themselves and others. Anyone caught in possession or using a pyro device will face criminal action and will be banned from Pittodrie.
How can I buy a ticket for the match?
Tickets for the match will be available to book online up to 4pm on Friday 12th July.
There are no matchday ticket sales at the ground. Tickets can be purchased between 9:30am and 3pm by calling the AFC ticket office on 01224 631903.
Please note that tickets are for allocated seating to assist with safety at the ground.
What section of the ground will Aberdeen fans be located and what turnstiles should be used?
Aberdeen fans will be seated in BDS Digital (East) Stand section 4-9 and turnstiles 1,2,3 and 4 will be in use. Turnstiles will be open from 3.45pm on matchday.
Is there disabled access?
An accessible entrance for away supporters can be found at gate H on the south side of the BDS Digital stand. Accessible parking is available on the north side of the BDS Digital Stand or at the Arena car park.
Is food & drink available?
Catering will be available in the BDS concourse, please note this will be cash only. Refreshments will be available in the lounge bar in the West Stand before kick-off.
Are there parking facilities available?
Supporter’s parking will be in the Arena car park.
Supporters buses should drop fans off in Terregles Street and head to College Mains Road (DG2 0NU) opposite Currys PC World to park. The buses may be moved back to drop off point in Terregles Street 10 minutes before the end of the match.
Are there any known travel restrictions or likely disruption?
There are no ongoing local roadworks currently around Dumfries that may affect travel times to Palmerston Park. Fans should check the Traffic Scotland website at trafficscotland.org for confirmation of any delays.
Dumfries and surrounding areas will be busy with local events.
Unacceptable Behaviour
As at all fixtures, unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated.
All Dons supporters should be aware that entry to the ground is subject to the following ground regulations which prohibit, among other things, pyrotechnics, pitch incursions and the throwing of objects onto the pitch.
