TRAFFIC
Leith Street/Picardy Place area have regularly delays of 10-15 minutes when events are on in the east side of the City.
Traffic Management Plan includes road closures around the stadium ahead of the match by means of a TTRO. Steer clear of the West Approach Road and Westfield. Possible delays on Ferry Road.
PARKING
Private vehicle parking is best done to the west of Easter Road and outside the TTRO (Temporary Traffic Restriction Order) area which is enforced from 2pm on match day. Edinburgh is not a great place for parking.
Supporter’s buses can park on Regent Road. This area is affected by pay and display. Specific arrangements for the Disabled Supporter’s Bus and individual wheelchair users attending the game will be communicated via Customer Services and the AFC SLO.
Local Bus Service – The Lothian Region Transport buses depart Princes Street every few minutes and stops in London Road at Easter Road, which is only a few minutes’ walk to the Stadium. Route maps are located at most bus stops.
Trams every 7 minutes on Leith Walk.
ENTRY
Please note there are no cash gates or tickets on sale on matchday at Easter Road. Aberdeen supporters will be located in the South Stand Lower Deck sections 26 -29. Turnstiles for the Lower Deck open at 2.00pm.
KIOSKS
All cashless and will be available until 4.15pm. The seating decks and concourses are designated NO SMOKING areas, and this includes E-cigarettes.
SAEFTY
Do not take pyrotechnic devices to the game. Do not light or throw them. Do not pick up any pyrotechnic devices as you don’t know what type it is. Some explode after flaring or smoking. Please do not enter onto the track or field of play unless instructed to do so by Stewards or Police. This can lead to ejection from the stadium and arrest. Do not throw any objects, especially over the segregation and trackside fences. Full face coverings, such as balaclavas, are not permitted in the stadium. Supporters should expect to be searched. All bags will be searched. If you don’t need your bag, please don’t take it. Flags should be no larger than 2m x 1m in size. No surfing flags or poles in excess of 1m in length.
