Away tickets are to be collected from the South Stand ticket office. Tickets can be purchased on match day from this ticket office.

Police have advised that there are limited train services in the area. Greenwich is a common area to go to prior to the game, but please check availability of trains before you plan a location pre-match.
PARKING
Any Away Supporter’s buses will park on Anchor and Hope Lane facing towards Woolwich Road. Please advise the Aberdeen FC SLO if a bus has been arranged.

SAFETY MESSAGE
VENUE SECURITY
All spectators are reminded that security is the responsibility of all those at the ground and not just safety and security personnel. If you see something suspicious or unsafe, please report this to the nearest member of stadium staff, Stewards or Police Officer.
CLASS A DRUGS
In England, there are regular Police operations carried out in relation to the use of Class A drugs. There is a zero tolerance towards this and all offenders will be prosecuted. A specific Police Unit will be on duty at the game to detect and deter such activity.
INCURSIONS ON THE TRACK OR PITCH
Please do not enter onto the track or field of play unless instructed to do so by Stewards or Police. This can lead to ejection from the stadium and arrest.
PYROTECHNICS
Pyrotechnic devices such a flares or smokes are not permitted in the ground. Do not pick up any pyrotechnic devices as you don’t know what type it is. Some explode after flaring or smoking. These can seriously injure you. Smoke alone can have serious health issues for asthmatics and those with bronchial or other health issues. Any person caught with Pyrotechnics on them will be handed over to the Police.
GROUND REGULATIONS
Stewards and/or Police will be vigilant at the turnstiles and supporters should expect to be searched.
The Valley is a smoke-free stadium and smoking is not permitted inside the ground. This includes ‘e-cigarettes’ and any other smoke emitting devices of a similar nature.
- All banners and flags must have a fire safety certificate.
- Banners and flags of discriminatory, political or commercial nature will not be permitted;
- Banners and flags must not cover any signage or advertising, or obstruct the view of other supporters.
- CA will always accommodate banners and flags as best they can and will generally be located in an unoccupied area.
Drums and Musical instruments
- Contact must be made with the ground safety department before any instruments are allowed into the ground.
All bags will be searched and tagged. If you don’t need your bag, don’t bring it.
Both Clubs operate a zero‐tolerance policy towards racism. Inappropriate/offensive songs should not be sung and dependant on the content, could be followed up by both clubs, Met Police & Police Scotland.
UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT:- As at all fixtures, unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated. Any individuals attending the match who are found to have engaged in unacceptable conduct may have disciplinary action taken against them. This may include removal of ticketing privileges for games, removal of season tickets and bans from stadiums for a specified period/or other appropriate sanctions. Unacceptable Conduct may also lead to criminal charges. Reference should be made to the SPFL Rules regarding Unacceptable Conduct.
