Ahead of the new season kicking off the club has teamed up with local business Frasers of Ellon to revamp the Legends Lounge at Pittodrie.

As the official furniture and flooring partner to the Dons, Frasers, have worked in collaboration with the club to bring the Legends Lounge back to life by updating the floor coverings and providing furniture, to create a modern surrounding.

Inspired by the greatest ever Dons team as voted for by supporters in 2015, the lounge celebrates the club’s rich history whilst offering a contemporary setting with a quality food offering to match, for supporters to enjoy a brand new matchday experience at Pittodrie.

The Furniture and flooring company will also benefit from high profile branding throughout Pittodrie.

Robbie Hedderman, AFC Business Development Manager, believes the evolution of this partnership with Frasers is testament to the collaborative approach the club takes with its commercial relationships.

He said: “We are delighted to have worked alongside Frasers to offer a brand-new hospitality setting for our supporters to enjoy on a matchday.

“Whilst Legends Lounge was a popular destination for supporters, as a club we were keen to innovate and look at areas in which we could enhance the hospitality experience at Pittodrie.

“Thanks to the vision and effort of our partners at Frasers the new modern space will vastly improve the matchday experience for our clients in this area and we thank them for bringing this exciting project to life.”

Established in 1930, Frasers of Ellon have been around for over 90 years in the Ellon area and is now run by the fourth generation of the family. Today, the business boasts an impressive showroom with a huge selection of lounge, dining and bedroom furniture and accessories as well as a large flooring department which offers an extensive range of flooring, from carpets, vinyls and rugs to laminate, wood and luxury vinyl tiles.
