Dons confirm shirt sponsor line-up for 2023/24
To coincide with the launch of our brand-new away kit we are delighted to confirm that the player-issue jerseys for 2023/24 will once again be adorned with the logos of TEXO, RAM Tubulars & TAQA (Tendeka).
TEXO, who became the primary sponsor in 2022 will enter their second season as principal shirt sponsor following on from several years as a primary advertiser with the club. In addition to featuring on all kits including replica, TEXO will also continue to enjoy high profile branding on the training kits worn by all the men’s first team and youth academy teams. The prominent X of the TEXO logo will also continue to feature on the rear of all matchday playing shorts used by the first team.
RAM Tubulars, service leaders in tubulars for the energy and construction Industries, will also feature on the player’s jerseys as they also enter the second year as back-of-shirt sponsors following many years of committed support of the Dons. RAM Tubulars will also continue to support the pipeline of talent coming through at Cormack Park in their role as Official Youth Academy Partner.
Global completions specialists Tendeka has also extended its agreement as an official partner of AFC and following a commercial re-branding, Aberdeen-headquartered Tendeka will be represented by the logo of “The Industrialization Energy Services Company – TAQA”, which acquired the technology specialists last year, and will feature prominently on the sleeve of the men’s playing shirts for this season. In addition, AFC Women will display the TAQA logo on the back of the home and away shirts.
Following the release AFC Chief Executive, Alan Burrows commented, “On behalf of everyone at AFC I would like to extend our gratitude to TEXO, RAM Tubulars & Tendeka for their ongoing support as kit sponsors.
“We feel that having three partners with such strong links to our local community is particularly special and not something that many clubs can draw upon, so we are particularly thankful for that.
“I hope that all of the partners are as excited as we are to see the team take to the pitch in the new kits later this summer and look forward to seeing as many memorable moments made in this season’s kits as we did last season.”
