Kincorth Emirates enjoy amazing AberDNA Junior Prize

Earlier this month 25 lucky youngsters were at Cormack Park for a special training session thanks to AberDNA Junior.

The session was a prize in a competition that was launched in December for all 10,000 members of our FREE U12 Membership.

As the winners, the Kincorth Emirates team were transported to Cormack Park by official transport supplier, Central Coaches, on the First Team Bus where they got the chance to see where the AFC 1st team train each day before receiving a coaching masterclass from Aberdeen FC Community Trust coaches!

Special guests Joe Lewis and Liam Scales also joined the youngsters for the session, providing training tips and joining in with sessions.

Memberships Executive, Neil Halliwell said “It’s fantastic to be able to provide these kinds of incredible prizes for the kids tonight, as well as the fantastic benefits they get with their AberDNA Junior Membership, including FREE tickets, these kind of experiences are something we can do locally that set us apart and encourage the next generation of youngsters in the North East to get behind AFC and join the Red Army for years to come. We can’t wait to do more of these competitions in the future!”

What is AberDNA Junior?

AberDNA Junior is a FREE membership and is part of an overall fan engagement strategy, designed to place future supporters at the heart of the Club, extending its reach into the wider community by providing every child access to top-flight football.

As well as the opportunity to win amazing prizes like this, all U12 members will be able to access two FREE match tickets every season, allowing them to enjoy a matchday experience at Pittodrie.

Every youngster who becomes a member will have the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of their football heroes and ‘Sign for the Dons’ where they will be invited to Pittodrie to officially ‘sign their contract’ and be unveiled as AFC’s latest signing.
