Aberdeen Football Club are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to develop our Women’s football programme and manage our Scottish Women’s Premier League team. We now welcome applications from enthusiastic and committed individuals, who have a desire to be considered for our AFC Women Manager position working at the top level of Women’s Football in Scotland.

Aberdeen Football Club aims to provide talented female players in the North-East with a high performance environment, providing each individual player with the opportunity to develop their full potential in the game. In addition to the outstanding facilities at the Club’s training ground, Cormack Park, Aberdeen FC Women continue to play their home matches at Balmoral Stadium.

We are delighted that the Aberdeen FC Women Manager position has now developed into a full-time role, with the remit delivering some of the club’s strategic objectives to help drive the women’s programme forward.

This is a very exciting time for women’s football in Scotland, where we continue to see a significant improvement in both the level of competition and media exposure.

To apply for the position of AFC Women Manager, applicants must hold the relevant coaching of the UEFA A Licence and have a proven track record in coaching and management.
