Dante Polvara has today joined USL Championship side Charleston Battery on loan until the summer.

The 22-year-old joined the Dons on a two-and-a-half-year deal in January 2022 after impressing in the American college system. The midfielder developed at Georgetown University having been a product of New York City FC elite.

Dante, who has made 11 first team appearances for the Dons so far, will return to Cormack Park for pre-season training this summer ahead of the start of the 2023/2024 cinch Premiership campaign.
