Aberdeen FC Community Trust is an award-winning charity, which provides support and opportunity to change lives for the better, across North East of Scotland.

Aberdeen FC and Aberdeen FC Community Trust were named by UEFA as the ‘Best Professional Club in the Community’ in Europe in 2019. We are seeking individuals to join our Football Development department. The role will further build on our successes in supporting Grassroots Football across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire and support the growth of football participation.

The role will involve coordinating and delivering community football projects with a focus on increasing participation opportunities, developing our non-competitive Football
Leagues/Festivals and Education programmes.

It is essential that candidates have the relevant knowledge, experience, and motivation to support the development of grassroots football across the North-East of Scotland. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ coaching experience and a 1.3 Scottish FA Coaching Award.

This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
