Vacancy | Head Coach - Aberdeen FC Women

Aberdeen Football Club are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced coach to work with our Scottish Women’s Premier League team. We are now inviting applications from enthusiastic and committed individuals, who have a desire to be considered for our Head Coach position and work within the top level of Women’s Football in Scotland.

Aberdeen Football Club aims to provide talented female players in the North-East with high performance environment, providing each individual player with the opportunity to develop their full potential in the game. In addition to the outstanding facilities at the Club’s training ground, Cormack Park, Aberdeen FC Women continue to play their home matches at Balmoral Stadium, having also played two SWPL 1 matches at Pittodrie Stadium.

The Aberdeen FC Women Head Coach position is part-time role for which will be paid monthly, whilst also receiving the following support:

• The opportunity to be part of a highly regarded coaching programme at Aberdeen FC.
• Mentoring support and guidance from the senior coaching staff within the Club, combined with a personal coach development programme.
• Two Aberdeen FC first team season tickets.

The commitment is 20 hours per week, covering 3 training sessions plus SWPL matches on a Sunday as required.

To apply for the position of Head Coach, applicants must hold the relevant coaching qualification of the UEFA B Licence or above and be willing to undertake the UEFA A Licence course within the next 12 months.
