Aberdeen FC and Aberdeen FC Community Trust were named by UEFA as the ‘Best Professional
Club in the Community’ in Europe in 2019. Aberdeen FC Community Trust is seeking individuals to join our Football Department. The roles will further build on our successes in supporting Grassroots Football across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire and support restart and growth of football from the pandemic.

We have 2 vacancies for full-time Football Development Officers.

The role will involve coordinating and delivering community football projects, with a focus on
increasing participation, coaching activity, league coordination and education programmes.

It is essential that candidates have the relevant knowledge, experience and motivation to support the development of grassroots football across the North-East of Scotland. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ coaching experience and a 1.3 Scottish FA Coaching Award.
