To help identify and recruit some of the best young talent for Aberdeen Football Club, we now have an exciting vacancy available for an Academy Recruitment Manager.  Leading on our Academy recruitment and managing a vast scouting network, we are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our Academy on a Full-Time basis.

By adopting the philosophy and values of Aberdeen Football Club, this position focuses on leading in all areas of recruitment across the Foundation Phase (Pre-Academy – U12s), Youth Phase (U13-U16s) and into the Development Phase (U17/18s). The role will also involve working closely with the Academy Director and Head of Recruitment (Professional) to help deliver the club’s football strategy.

Applicants should have strong IT and communication skills, along with a proven record in all aspects of scouting and management within a performance environment.

Applicants should also have a passion for scouting and youth football and have achieved (or working towards) the Scottish FA Talent ID – Level 1.3 Award (or equivalent qualification).

The salary for this role is dependent on qualifications and/or experience.
