INFORMATION TO SUPPORTERS TRAVELLING TO TYNECASTLE

Aberdeen supporters attending the match should make regular checks with Traffic Scotland if they are travelling by road. They should also listen to traffic updates on the radio. McLeod Street will be completely closed to vehicles from one hour before kick-off and 30 minutes after the match with no exceptions.

Aberdeen supporter’s coaches and mini-buses can park on Russell Road.

Turnstiles will open at 1.30pm to allow a more staggered entry. Any supporters who turn up in numbers near to the kick-off risk missing the start of the game.

Car parking in the area is restricted. McLeod Street will be completely closed to vehicles from one hour and 15 minutes before kick-off and 30 minutes after the match with no exceptions. After the game, supporters will be encouraged to go left (North) along McLeod Street at the end of the match.

Aberdeen Support will be accommodated in the East section of the Roseburn Stand. The segregation shutters will be in place and access to the stand will be from McLeod Street turnstiles. There is a disabled access elevator at the stand.

Tickets are for allocated seating. Supporters are kindly asked to sit in their designated seat and not to congregate on the concourse or in the vomitories.

There will be three kiosks and two of them are contactless. Contactless kiosks will be clearly identified. Make sure you join the correct queue.
Please bear in mind that you may not be permitted entry to the stadium if you are believed to be drunk. Please expect to be searched before entry. This is normal practice and supporters should be familiar with such requests by Stewards and Police.

No smoking of cigarettes or E-cigs is permitted. Prolonged standing can become a safety problem, please abide by any direction given by stewards.

FLAGS

Must conform to the relevant fire regulations.
The size of the flag is at the discretion of the home club Safety Team..
No surfing flags please.
No flags to overhang advertising boards or cause obstruction or danger to other members of the public.

OTHER INFO

Please have regard to public safety and the continued COVID protocols, which all players and match officials have to abide by, and refrain from encroaching onto the track side or playing surface unless instructed to do so in an emergency.

Strictly no pyrotechnic devices to ignited in any stand or to be thrown on to the pitch.

Please try to leave bags at home or leave securely in cars and buses as this may delay your entry. Large bags may be refused if deemed to be a hazard.

Both Clubs operate a zero‐tolerance policy regarding racism or sectarianism.

No missiles or other objects should be thrown on to the pitch.

UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT

As at all fixtures, unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated. Any individuals attending the match who are found to have engaged in unacceptable conduct may have disciplinary action taken against them. This may include removal of ticketing privileges for games, removal of season tickets and bans from stadiums for a specified period/or other appropriate sanctions. Unacceptable Conduct may also lead to criminal charges. Reference should be made to the SPFL Rules regarding Unacceptable Conduct.
