Following the recent restructure of the football operation the Club has a vacancy for a Head of Recruitment. This role will work closely with the Director of Football and the 1st Team leadership unit, and be responsible for executing a player recruitment plan to enable the Club to achieve its on-field ambitions.

The successful individual will have proven experience in all aspects of Player recruitment in Professional football, take responsibility for the overall recruitment structure at 1st Team, transition & Youth Academy, and bring a contemporary appreciation for an evidence & data-led approach.
