Vacancy | Deputy Head Groundsperson

We have a vacancy for a permanent Deputy Head Groundsperson starting May/June 2021. The role will involve assisting the Head Groundsman with the day to day running and maintenance of a professional Football Club training grounds and stadium pitch.

This is a full time role working 5 days from 7 with a basic 35 hours per week.
Applicants should have:
• A Sports Turf, National Horticultural or Grounds qualification and/or a considerable track record as an experienced Groundsperson (minimum of 5 years’ experience)
• A valid driving licence
• Tractor & Machinery experience
• Relevant Qualifications in chemical spraying (PA1, PA2, PA6)
The salary for this role is dependent on qualifications and/or experience.
