We have 3 vacancies for ad-hoc Customer Service Advisors to join our team. The role will involve ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers who interact with the customer service department, helping to meet the department targets in all areas including Season and Match ticket sales, memberships and any new initiatives as well as ensuring all enquiries, complaints or grievances are answered and resolved.
