Pittodrie re-imagined - have your say!

Whilst these continue to be challenging times for us all, we are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel, with players back in training later and a plan being worked on to return to matches in August.

When we do get back to playing in front of full crowds at Pittodrie, we want the place to be a fortress again, with more noise, colour and passion from the stands than ever before. We also want to bring new life to parts of the stadium by celebrating our history, players past and present and the fabric of what makes our club special.

That is why we are asking you, the Red Army, to have your say on what you would like to see adorning the walls and walkways in and around our famous old ground.

Some of that work has already begun with some initial concepts in the video below, but we want to get your input, then over the coming days, weeks and months bring those ideas to life as we look to share our excitement about returning to Pittodrie.

Despite the obvious financial challenges posed by COVID-19 we remain committed to investing in atmosphere and experience sooner rather than later, building on the permanent introduction of the Red Shed for 20/21 with a fan zone and a fun family area for our younger supporters to access before matches.

On top of that we also want to paint the city red, in a celebration of club and community as an extension of the #StillStandingFree campaign, a campaign which many of you have supported and continues to bring much needed support to families throughout the region.

Absence has made our heart grow fonder and we are sure you are all the same and can’t wait to join us back at Pittodrie, when we do return we are committed to making that experience as special as it should be.

Please have your say by completing this short survey by Tuesday 30th June.
