As we get set to embark on the third season of the AberDNA membership we are excited to share news of the introduction of two new membership categories, designed to create a pathway for our fans of the future to become lifelong members of the club.

New for 20/21:

• AberDNA Junior
• AberDNA Youth

AFC Commercial Director Rob Wicks believes the new AberDNA Junior membership will help to re-ignite passion and pride amongst the support:

“We’re embarking on a journey towards a more successful and sustainable Club that delivers exceptional value for our fans. It’s about creating a real sense of belonging among our fans, young and old. That journey kicks off with free membership for every school pupil under 12 years old. As a member of AFC, they will have access to match tickets, special events and opportunities to enter prize draws.

“Fan engagement is critical and in order to foster the fans of the future, win back a lost generation of fans, and improve the relationship with existing supporters, we must reward them through pioneering initiatives, a better matchday experience and ultimately a renewed sense of passion, belief and pride in our Club.

“The £1 million of annual income generated by AberDNA is a critical part of our football budget. With a 90% renewal rate since its inception, we’ve got around 6,000 members and are aiming to grow this to 7,000 paid members. This will play a part in our journey towards a more successful and sustainable Club.”

AberDNA Youth

As part of the pathway to adult membership, we have also introduced another new category. AberDNA Youth is designed for fans aged between 12 and 21 will offer season ticket discount for all areas of the stadium, including Red Shed, and additional benefits including a discount in the Club Shop at a reduced price of £8 per month.

Becoming a Member

Looking to become an AberDNA member for 20/21?

From as little as £8 a month you can lend your support to our Football Operation, playing your part as we aim to take the first team, Youth Academy and sports science and medical infrastructure at the club to the next level.

In return for your support of the Football Operation you will also receive all of the fantastic benefits outlined in the benefits table above, Premium and International members will even get a free replica shirt ahead of the 20/21 season!

Renewing your membership

Supporters with memberships paid by Direct Debt will continue automatically so there is no need to do anything.

Supporters who paid their membership in full will need to renew to continue supporting the Football Operation.

There are several ways to renew:

One of the easiest ways to renew your membership is online, simply log in to your account online here, select which membership you want to renew and click ‘add to basket’ then ‘renew’ and finally ‘add to basket’ again.
