With the 2019/20 season now in full swing the club is delighted to announce our Moment of the Month initiative will return for this season and will once again be proudly sponsored by Mintra Group.

Our Moment of the Month initiative will capture some of the best moments on the pitch, featuring great goals and some of the smartest saves from Aberdeen’s first team, Development squad, Youth Academy teams and AFC Women’s team.

The Moment of the Month poll will feature across our social media channels with supporters being given the opportunity to cast their vote for their favourite moment that month. All those who enter will also be in with a chance of being invited to Pittodrie to present the monthly winner with their award, whilst also receiving two complimentary match tickets.

Thomas Kennedy, Marketing Director, Mintra Group is looking forward to be teaming up with Aberdeen FC once again.

‘Mintra Group is delighted to sponsor Aberdeen Football Club’s Moment of the Month for the 2019/20 season. It’s been great working with the AFC media team since launching the initiative last year and meeting with the supporters and players each month.

‘MOTM really showcases the breadth of talent across all playing levels at the football club and combining video and social media is the ideal format for the competition and engagement has been excellent.’

Business Development Manager at AFC, Steven Daun, added, ‘This has been a really popular poll amongst our supporters, and we’ve seen great levels of interaction. It’s a fantastic platform for players throughout the club to gain exposure and for Dons fans to see some of the talent we are lucky to have throughout the club.

‘I’m delighted to have Mintra on board again for the season ahead and look forward to working with them to develop this initiative further.’

Our MOTM winner for May was Dylan Lobban, who is pictured receiving his award from Mintra Marketing Director, Thomas Kennedy.

Look out for August’s Moment of the Month coming soon.
