VACANCY | AFCCT ASSISTANT COMMUNITY COACH

AFCCT is the independent partner charity of Aberdeen Football Club and, together with the ‘hook’ of football, utilises the Club’s high profile, brand and connections to enhance the delivery of the trust’s charitable objectives to benefit local communities and positively influence others.

We have a vacancy for a fixed term Assistant Community Coach on a fixed term contract until 17th August 2020. The role will involve the planning, delivery and evaluation of participative, fun and safe football centres during school term time, and additionally will include school holiday programme delivery.

This is a part-time role working 18 hours per week, with daily afterschool and weekend activity during term time.

Applicants should ideally have 3+ years’ experience of coaching children and hold the Scottish FA Children’s Award qualification. For the right candidate, we are willing to put you through this qualification this summer if not yet achieved.

The salary for this role is dependent on qualifications and/or experience.

Practical interviews for this role are expected to take place on Wednesday 21st August with panel interviews taking place on Thursday 22nd August.
