VACANCY: Youth Academy Coaches Youth Phase (13s-16s)

We have 2 vacancies for Youth Academy Coaches (Youth Phase U13-U16s) who will be required to start no later than January 2019. By adopting the coaching philosophy and values of Aberdeen Football Club, this position primarily focuses on the development of individual youth players within a team environment. The role will involve guiding players through the club’s performance environment and helping individuals fulfil their potential, whilst playing in the Elite Tier of the Club Academy Scotland programme.

These positions are both part-time roles covering 3 training sessions and 1 match on a weekly basis.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years working with a youth academy and must be qualified to UEFA A Licence or Elite Youth A Licence level.

Interviews for these roles are expected to start the week commencing 29th October 2018 and will involve both formal and practical elements of the recruitment process.
