“If I could play in the Scottish Cup final it would be a fantastic way to go out.
“You just have to look at the way Graeme Shinnie went out at Inverness Caley Thistle by winning the Scottish Cup in his last game for them. That would be the ideal scenario, and hopefully that can be the way I finish my time at Aberdeen.
“Imagine going out with a Scottish Cup winners medal! I would love that.
“However we know it will be a very tough game on Saturday.
“Hibs are a good team with some experience players. They have a number of really good players.
“It was important to get the win last weekend. We have been on a great run apart from the Rangers game. The most important thing last week was to get back on track and get back that winning feeling ahead of what is a massive game on Saturday. The lads are full of confidence and ready to take that onto Hampden.
“It was good to get some game time last weekend. I had not played for about six weeks so I was happy to get on the pitch and I just ran my socks off to help the team get the three points.
“I just have to keep working hard, train well and keep myself going to stay in the manager’s plans.”
