On Friday 30th September Aberdeen FC Community Trust welcomed the inaugural Ladies in Red Lunch.

The glamorous guests sat down to a two course lunch before enjoying an afternoon of entertainment.

The lovely Ladies in Red committee Debra Christie, Debra Lorimer, Jenny Ironside, Morven Mackenzie, Adele Bennett and Sheila Sheils along with Master of Ceremonies for the afternoon Kirsten Gove were delighted to highlight the work AFCCT deliver in Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire.

Guest enjoyed some shopping on the afternoon through the wonderful stalls; Marshmology, Scentsy, Lego Mini Frames, Aberdeen Hair and Scalp Clinic, Jamberry, Stella and Dot, Beauregard’s Candy Co and AFC Club Shop as well as winning some fantastic prizes at the Tombola.

Renaissance Hairdressers even closed their shop for the day so they could be at Pittodrie to pamper some of the Ladies in Red who fancied treating themselves to a ‘hair-up!’

The Ladies enjoyed a video message from Derek McInnes and Tony Docherty giving their support to the Trust and all the work they do.

Russell Anderson then joined the ladies later in the afternoon to co-host a quiz with Kirsten.

The afternoon was topped off with a surprise performance from ‘The Long and Short of It’, singers Leigh Ryrie and Dan Greavey sang and danced around the tables getting the guests up on the dancefloor for a disco!

Thank you to the fantastic supporters of the day; Sodexo Prestige, 46 Degrees, Citrus:Mix, Finnies and Printagraph.

AFCCT would like to thank all the generous guests for helping to make the inaugural Ladies in Red Lunch so special.
