The Dons will play Viking Stavanger FK in the Energy Cities Cup on Tuesday 8th September at Pittodrie as part of a programme of activities around this year's Offshore Europe event.

The sides last played each other in 2013 when AFC ran out 3-2 winners in a very tightly contested match in front of 10,000 fans. The match will kick-off at 7.30pm and entry for the game will be free of charge with the Club providing pre-match entertainment.

The match is being staged in association with Aberdeen City Council and Statoil and our match sponsors The Press and Journal and Energy Voice.

Turnstiles will be in operation in the Main Stand, Richard Donald Stand Lower and Merkland Stand.

Please make your way to turnstiles on the evening of the match where you will be given a ticket to enter stadium.

The South Stand and RDS Upper will be closed for this match.
