“This game is eagerly anticipated and rightly so. It is a game we are all excited about and one we are looking forward to. I know people have been talking about it for a while now but for me I am just delighted we are going into the game on the back of the three victories we have had. The points have kept us close enough to Celtic to make the game more appealing for us.

“We know we are in for a very tough game on Sunday, as you always are against Celtic, but they will also feel they are in for a tough game.

“We feel we can go there and win. I am delighted with what the players are giving me at the moment. There has been a good level of performance and I still feel there is more to come from us.

“A positive result would be a huge confidence boost for everyone, it would help us no end but whether we win or lose the game there are still 33 points available to be won between now and the end of the season. I think to build it up as a must win game or a must not lose game is a bit premature. But obviously it is a significant game.”
