Primary School Trophy Tour

Following on from the success of last year’s away friendly against Viking FK, the Dons will welcome the Norwegian club to Pittodrie on Wednesday 4th September to contest The Energy Cities Community Cup, part of celebrations during the bi-annual Offshore Europe event at the Aberdeen Exhibition & Conference Centre.

All this week our AFC in the Community team have been visiting local primary schools with the Energy Cities Community Cup and will deliver a number of other events within the local community, including Walking Football and a Multi Cultural football festival, as we profile this match, which is free for all supporters!

Over the course of this week we have met almost 3,000 local primary school children, who each got the chance to meet Angus the Bull, have their photo taken with the trophy and get their hands on tickets for the game.

On Thursday morning, first team player Nicky Low, dropped past Abbotswell Primary School in Kincorth to take part in a special question and answer session with the lucky youngsters.

Entry for this match against Viking FK is FREE for all spectators.

All season ticket cards have been activated for the match will all seats secured. (Please note, this excludes corporate packages)
