Dons Cash

– Members will earn cashback on purchases, building their balance throughout the season which can then be spent with the club, and members will also benefit from special offers and promotions throughout the new campaign.
– Dons Cash can be earned by Members spending on match tickets, retail merchandise, RedTV subscriptions and more, and can be redeemed on AFC merchandise, match tickets and hospitality in-store or online.
– To claim Dons Cash online you must be logged in to your correct account. To claim Dons Cash in person you should present your Season Ticket or Member card.
– Dons Cash can be redeemed on AFC merchandise, match tickets and hospitality, in-store or online.

– The amount of Dons Cash earned will depend on your membership type. A full breakdown can be found in this table.
– Members will also benefit from special offers and promotions throughout the new campaign.
– Dons Cash should appear as pending within your balance within 24 hours and will be available to spend:

Retail – 30 days after date of purchase (After expiry of return period)
Match Tickets – 1 day after Matchday
Hospitality – 1 day after Matchday
AberDNA Premium+ Starting Balance – 30 days after date of purchase
RedTV Annual Subscriptions – 14 days after date of purchase

Q. How do I check my balance?

– You can check your balance via your Single Sign-On profile page which can be accessed here.
– If you have made a qualifying purchase your balance will either show as active or pending.
– All transactions should be connected to your Dons Cash balance overnight so please allow some time before expecting to see your Dons Cash reflected on your balance.
– Pending balances will relate primarily to retail purchases which will be credited after the return period for the product has passed. This is currently set as 28 days.
– For any purchases made between 1^st July 2023 and February 29^th 2024 your Dons Cash balance will expire on 31^st May 2024. For any purchases made on or after 1st March 2024 your Dons Cash balance will be available for use as of 1st June 2024 and remain active for the following season until 31st May 2025.
