“We played well.
“We knew Celtic were going to dominate possession. We knew we were going to have to counter on them. I feel we had the better chances and Fergie hits the post in the second half.
“I don’t know if the Jonny one is a penalty is or not, I will need to see it back.
“Afterwards in the dressing room everybody was gutted. It shows how far we have come. We just need to look forward to the weekend and keep our heads up.
“When a new face comes in it does give you a lift. Everybody gets on well with the new manager and on the training pitch he is giving the boys tips on how to improve their game. All the boys have been delighted with how training has been going so hopefully it continues.
“The feeling in the changing room is we are defiantly going to give it everything we can, and I think everybody could see that watching the game tonight.
“In cup football, only one team can go through and we want that to be us.
“Winning against Livingston on penalties did give us all a lift. It was the manager’s first game, and you want to win it for them.
“I thought Calvin was brilliant when he came on. He was on my side so myself and Tommie just talked to him through the full game, and I tried to get back to help him. He is confident, he gets on the ball, he doesn’t shy away. I am delighted for him.
“We want to win every game. We have got a good squad. We want to beat Dundee Utd and be in the draw for the next round.”
